St. Patricks Weekend 2018
16th – 18th March 2018

23rd May – 28th May 2018

Each year the Fastnet Film Festival welcomes short film fans from across the globe as it screens short films from all over the world and invites industry professionals to share their knowledge with the visiting filmmakers. ‘Our Village is Our Screen’ is the motto of the festival as Schull hosts this fantastic festival with the ironic twist of not having its own cinema. The 5th Annual Ballydehob Country Music Festival will take place over the June Bank Holiday Weekend. Offering huge names in Irish Country music, a fantastic bar trail of live entertainment and lively dance workshops to add to the weekend fun, this is a weekend not to be missed!

Calves Week Sailing

Hallowe’en Night
31st October 2018

Enjoy your mid-term break at the Schull Harbour Hotel and take part in the spooky spectacular that unfolds all across our lovely village. Watch as the town transforms into an eerie, scary land of the dead with witches and wizards lurking around every corner. Then follow the parade as it meanders down town with plenty of dancing and festivities til’ the early hours. Schull has a long tradition of inspiring Halloween nights with a huge participation by the community who all get involved in some scary stuff!
