Covid-19 & Your Reservation

 

The team here at Schull Harbour Hotel understand these are testing times. Never in living history have any of us experienced such chaos and uncertainty. These truly are un precedented times.

As you are all aware, adhering to the HSE and government guidelines, we have had to enforce a temporary closure of the company as well as temporary lay-off of our much-loved staff.

We are now at the beginning of our season, and our doors are shut. It is with a heavy heart and in compliance with lockdown measures, we say that they will stay closed until at least 20 July 2020.

Up until recently, there has been minimal monitoring of hotel correspondence due to lockdown measures and staff complying with restrictions, we are NOW monitoring email correspondence more frequently with thanks to our diligent IT department. Phones are not monitored on a daily basis so you are best advised to email queries to info@schullharbourhotel.ie and they will be answered in due course.

Please be aware, that since the end of March there has been a significant amount of correspondence to get through and each and every one of you will be contacted by a member of our team.

In regard to guests with deposits paid and reservations via third party websites, we will be in contact to either reschedule your reservation or refund of the deposit.

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to the sunny south-west of County Cork.
